I did the drive through. The food was good. They put pickles on my fried chicken breast fillet sandwich. I'm not used to that but it was a nice addition. They put a good amount of fresh lettuce and tomato.

Best service I've received at a Wendy's on the westcoast. Cook (dark guy from Chicago) and guy working the window (tattoo guy) had excellent customer service and were working their tails of transitioning between lunch and breakfast. We added to the stress showing up with a party of 9 but they handled our order like Champs.

You can only have a IQ of a second grader to work here. They can never seem to get even the simplest of orders right much less complete. Then if you do get your food guaranteed its going to be upside down and spilled everywhere. Management needs to step up their game. The GM need to be held accountable. At any time you can see workers with no gloves or hair nets working the grill and fries. Think a visit from the health department is in order.

I go to this Wendy’s because it is close to my office. I go during the slow time 2-3/3:30 99% of the time. Not one single time have I ever been able to drive up to the speaker and order. I am always told to hold on… and usually it’s not a 30 second wait, it’s literally minutes before someone comes to take my order. I do not recommend this place if you are in a hurry. Plus they never have enough stock. Always out of the salad bottoms. Or out of nuggets: I can go on and on. I’ve called corporate numerous times to complain.
