Ok, the food tastes good and the facility is nice. Unfortunately, that's where the good stops. There's never enough staff, so to handle that, the manager closes the lobby (during the lunch rush) because they can't handle the dining room and the drive through. The drink machine is never working and the utensils etc are never stocked.
I personally don't blame the workers, my bet is the owner has cut staff and is telling the manager to make do. Which sets the entire location up for disaster.

If there was an award for the most wrong food orders given at a drive through this place would win. It’s Wendy’s so my expectations are already pretty low these days, but when I consistently get the wrong food and I am still giving this place money it makes me disappointed in myself for being a glutton for punishment. At least they finally replaced the burnt out lights on the drive through menu after 8 months. I can now see the food they won’t get right at night again.
