Simply amazing food! The double bacon burger, smash fries, Brussel sprouts and so much more is a MUST! They also sell their seasonings which we will forever have in our home. Staff was amazing as well. Usually pretty busy on Sundays here in Colorado. But well worth the wait!
Excellent 🙌🏻 cleanest SmashBurger 🍔 I've been in!! Great customer service, tables were cleaned constantly and the food was delicious. My lettuce, onion and burger were perfect. I would recommend this location.
Nathan, who took our order, was wonderful! Then Zach helped us, when we were seated. The staff was great, and the food was amazing!
We were disgusted by this place. When we first walked in , the cashier was on the phone for a good 5 minutes. Didn't look up and say anything to us. When we put our order in, the same cashier was short and not very friendly. The tables were not cleaned after every person. They still had food on them. When we recieved our food, the fries were drenched in oil. I mean they were so soggy and gross I didn't want to touch them. My husband's sandwich was so greasy that he refused to eat it. I would NOT recommend this place to any friends or family passing through Castle Rock. If I'm paying $60 to feed my family lunch, I expect the food to be decent.
I'd never had Smashburger before and a friend was hungry for a burger so we settled on this place. The ordering was easy enough even if the girl behind the counter was bland, didn't speak up so I could hear her and apparently couldn't understand when I asked questions about the menu. For the record I ordered the double avacado burger, fries and a drink. When offered the "smash" fries, I ordered those. When in Rome, right? The fries were nothing to write home about. Many other places have better fries and many more actually fill up that little fry carton. As far as fries were concerned, I felt short changed. The burger itself was very good. Nice texture on the meat and the bun didn't distract from the other flavors as happens at fast food restaurants (you know, the kind with a drive-thru). A personal pet peeves if mine is ketchup packets. There are never enough (there weren't this time either) and the waste just ends up in a landfill somewhere making me want pumps, cups or some better way of distributing the fry-sauce. All that for just under $15 for me. Was it less expensive than 5Guys? Yes. Does 5Guys give you much more fries? Oh, hells yeah! The burger was just as good a 5G, just differently.
