Great waitress. Not busy. Shortage on Rock Lobsters, so only Maine was available. Part of this due to the pandemic, so not their fault. 3 people is usually over $100. I feel that really is not justified. The old restaurant Sims Landing out west (not sure what it's called now) has excellent lobster and their bisque is to die for....so. each to their own and the budget.

Disappointed with the food. Service was great though. Lobster was very small and looked brown and gross. Salmon was dry. Whitefish was dry. Baked potato was really small. They went as small and cheap on everything that was served. We spent $400 and it was a huge waste of money.

Red lobster has always been one of my favorite restaurants, so this review honestly makes me sad. Since my wife isn't a huge fan of seafood,Red Lobster (seafood in general) is a very rare occasion.
This was my family's second (maybe third) post quarantine restaurant experience, and I hate to say I was incredibly underwhelmed. For the limited capacity, the service was very slow. We sat down at a table that had flickering LED light bulbs that were nauseating, which luckily the manager was very kind about moving us. We were eventually asked if we wanted drinks, at which point we asked for biscuits, and were told for the next 15 minutes that they were in the oven. Again, I just felt that for the limited amount of customers, the speed could have been picked up.
I couldn't imagine being in the service industry right now, with the stresses and uncertainty, but I really wish our server didn't project that feeling on us. He wasn't rude by any means, but he wasn't friendly either. My wife and I both felt as though we were an inconvenience, even when we had to ask for several things multiple times, including drinks.
I'm sure I was romanticising the idea of eating in a restaurant again, but I was really hoping for a better experience.
I will say the restaurant did a great job with anything Covid safety related, so that was a plus.
