Excellent pizza for us every time. Quality ingredients and great taste. They get busy so call ahead. Regular crust is always great. They use just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Chicago Deep dish is the best in the area and definitely in the top 2 for Denver Metro. They do use regular pizza dough for the Chicago style, but its still very very good. If you're from Chicago that may be a sticking point.
What great tasting pizza! We had the Chicago deep dish and it was fantastic. Can't believe I haven't eaten here before now. Wait staff was friendly and the place was clean. Had a fine town feel to the decent sized dining room. Food came out hot. Price was comparable to other non-chain pizza restaurants.
I absolutely love Nicolo's! We dined in last night and had the pleasure of having Zach wait on us. He was so polite and patient with us. 6 of us with very different orders. Not one mistake! We are from the Chicago area and had family here from Illinois and they loved the "taste of home" as much as we do! Highly recommend Nicolo's 😊
So for years I grudgingly accepted my wife's love of this pizza place. In my eyes it was tasty but waayyy too expensive. But the wife had loved it since she was a teen so we still got it. Now I don't have to argue because the last 4 times we have been there it was still as expensive as ever but it has been incredibly bland in flavor and even she has decided it was not worth it Whatever changed recently ruined the only thing that made us give money to this place, and I thank them for it.
Looks like a Chicago style pizza but does not taste like one. Ordered sausage, mushrooms and onions. Not very much in toppings, mostly tasted like stewed tomatoes. Crust was dry and had no taste. Beer was cold. Best part was our server, Ethan. Great attention to us. Made sure we had everything we needed. Kudos to him.
