A group of friends and I eat here almost every week!
The wait was an hour for my pick up order, pretty standard for a Friday night, but they still threw in free chip n salsa. The owner seemed to be coordinating orders with daughters or nieces (family run, for sure! ) I only grabbed one of our two bags when I left and the owner PERSONALLY DELIVERED THE FOOD TO MY HOUSE! I’ve literally never experienced customer service this good. Not to mention I will definitely be bringing my Mexican mother, who is so picky about the authenticity of Mexican food, to Los Portales. It’s THAT good!
The service was amazing and the food was fresh and well made! The owners are very generous and make you feel extremely welcome. My friends and I want to make this a regular spot! So impressed. Thanks, Jose!
This place is amazing I would to eat here ever lunch time. The food is so delicious. The chicken tinder is very crunchy and the fries are amazing. Definitely would eat here more often.
I enjoyed the food we had a carne asada plate and a chicken fajita. Two margaritas as well. Everything was good except the salsa which we thought was more heat than spice or flavor. They were pretty busy but made sure to check on us several times to make sure everything was good. We are not from the area and were visiting at the hospital. When were told about this little place. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the evening. Thanks again for the great food and pleasant staff.
