The absolute slowest Jimmy John's I've ever ordered from! I order delivery for my lunch break, at least 30min ahead of when I take my break, and consistently it arrives after my lunch break is done which means I don't get to eat. We're talking about an hour for delivery when the building it's being delivered to is less than five minutes down the street from this location! Not so freaky fast...

Consistently the slowest Jimmy Johns in Colorado. I don't know if management has a rule that only 2 maximum employees can ever touch a sandwich while 4 others watch, but there is something inherently wrong at this JJs.

It's pretty shameful when it takes over an hour to get an order from this place. Don't bet on getting the order right as well. JJ needs to move away from delivery and hand the keys to Doordash or Uber Eats. This place is poorly managed and it's been going on for a while, with no correct actions in sight.

Multiple times at this location around lunch time they have taken over an hour to deliver, and now with an order for pickup it's been 40 minutes at this point and still doesn't show ready for pickup. Just don't waste your time, no effort has been observable of the owner trying to correct his locations issues.
**UPDATE** Looks like the staff cannot be bothered to ensure they have completed all the steps, got to the location after 50 minutes of waiting for the order tracker to say ready for pickup and was told by the staff they probably just "forgot" to hit the finished button.
Food is good nothing was wrong. Don't expect a decent experience when ordering online, quite frankly they don't give a F*** whether you're satisfied or not.
