When you walk into a sub shop to, oh I dunno, eat a sub and THERE'S NO MORE BREAD, THAT'S a PROBLEM!!!! When you're turning away customers because you HAVE NO BREAD, THAT'S A PROBLEM!!!!
Next visit(following week) , all the rest of the stores have a multi-tier metal container to hold all the freshly made bread. This place? Had maybe 6 rolls stacked on top of some plastic container. Last time I went in, they had NO LETTUCE!!!!
Whoever OWNS this location best fix it!! That's an embarrassment to the JERSEY MIKE WAY!!!
FIX THIS STORE ASAP!!!!
I have a sneaking suspicion that this will go unanswered just like the other negative reviews. Shameful.....

Based on my research, the chances are good that someone born on 14/05/2003 who supposedly works at this restaurant used my email (for this Google account) to sign up for team.live which is where they can see their work schedule and ask for shift changes or time off.
This is my secondary account and they used the name on this account instead of their real name which is strange to me. If you apply for a job and get one which appears to be the case here then wouldn't they use their real name? Because the name on this account is not my real name and can't possibly be theirs since I was the person who created this account.
Since I am not happy that a supposed employee used my email for their job account, I changed my email password AND their team.live password. I'm posting in the reviews in hopes that someone who works there sees this and reaches out to me so we can sort this issue out.
If it turns out that I have the wrong restaurant then this comment can be ignored. I do think it's this one because it is close to the address the person listed on their account. I hope someone reaches out to me by email soon because if I don't receive a reply in a reasonable amount of time I will deactive this account and I am not joking. I hate that this happened to me so I'm not fooling around here.
That is not my phone number as I live in Canada and I do not work at this place but that is my email. I received the email in the included picture which is how I found out that someone had used my email.

Bread was stale and hard. 2nd time this happened which it shouldn’t for the price.
Last visit they charged me twice, telling me the transaction didn’t go through first time so swiped card again. Tried calling their retail location multiple times. No one picks up phone. Called corporate office and left message with no response. Had to waste time disputing duplicate charge with bank.
Won’t be back for the stale bread and inability to get a human on the phone. If by some small chance a human with Jersey Mike’s reads this...I don’t want your coupons. Won’t be back.

Awful customer service. Ordered online and paid. My husband was there 2 minutes after it was due to be ready and had to wait another 20 minutes. He got home and his sandwich was wrong and items were missing. Called and try to find out what can be done to fix it, then hung up. I had to call back 4 more times then they laughed and acted like it was an error. Spoke to the manager and she was no bigger help. My husband had to go back in to get his sandwich. Mistakes happen, it’s the hanging up and acting like they could care less to make it right that is the problem.
