We just moved to Castle Rock and we are excited to try all the local places. You can see this one from the highway, so we decided to stop in for a late lunch. When you go in, it’s seat yourself. We sat in a booth in the back and our server Liz greeted us quickly. She made sure we were taken care of and gave us great service. The nachos portion is huge, we got a 1/2 size with chicken and can’t imagine any more! The food is was great for bar food and we will be back to give it another try.
I was just looking for a restaurant with outdoor seating so I could bring my dog with me. Staff was super kind and helpful. They were dog friendly!! And they even had food options for dogs!! This will now be my go to restaurant when driving through Castle Rock. Really happy I stopped here.
My friend and I were scheduling a lunch date and after some searching for a locale in Castle Rock that offered outside dining, we settled on Hideaway Bar & Grill. I had been there several years ago when it went by a different name but had only been there for drinks. The service was exceptional and our server was very attentive and friendly. My friend ordered the fajitas and loved every bite! I had the Reuben (which I ordered a little tentatively because a good Reuben out here is rare). I was very surprised and pleased at how tender and tasty it was! Between the service and food both my friend and I agreed that we will be back again. Thank you Hideaway for a very nice belated birthday lunch!!
Went here because it looks like a dive bar and I love a good cheap dive bar. The drink prices don't match the dive bar feel. $12 for a double jack and cola, even during happy hour? Still a fun spot though.
Been a minute since I’ve been to the Hideaway. Went in today and was shocked and surprised at the changes. The paint is fresh, the tables are new, the menu is updated; the whole place is fresh and new it seems. Our server was excellent, he was knowledgeable and excited to be there. I’m so astounded at how good it all looks and runs! Good for you, Hideaway! You guys worked hard for this transformation and it shows. I’ll be back more often to support. Keep up the good work.
