My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon expecting to have a quick beer and some lunch and head to the mountains. It was our first time in and had a great experience. We dine out often, from dive bars to fine dining and have had two servers in the entirety of our dining out that absolutely stole the show. One at white chocolate grill, and Olivia at this location. I've been in the industry for many years and know the strains and stresses service industry employees entertain and Olivia absolutely hit every mark of being an excellent and extremely well rounded server. From the menu tour, to the kindness she gave, if I owned a restaurant I would want to keep her around as long as I possibly could.

Wow. Service is outstanding. Someone came by and asked me if I liked cherries because the ones she had went do well with my Whitewater Hard Seltzer and she was spot on. The burgundy cherries elevated the drink in a way that I couldn’t imagine. The food is great too. I had the short rib enchiladas and along with the accompanying Brussels sprouts it was the perfect amount of food. The balance of flavors and the perfectly cooked meat were incredible as well. I can’t wait to go back.

First time there. Nice atmosphere and design. The food was pretty good, looking forward to trying something different next time. It is pricey and that's the only reason for 4 stars out of 5. But good enough that I'll go there again and if i get a couple of meals i really like then I'll push this up to 5 stars. And I was really impressed with our waitress (Olivia). Friendly, well acquainted with the menu, easy to talk to and handled our questions with ease

Had an absolutely amazing time here visiting from out of town. The food and drinks were phenomenal and wait times were not long at all. The staff here is obviously happy which really improved our experience. My partner and I are looking for places to move to and after already falling in love with Castle Rock this establishment pretty much sealed the deal for us.

Fun and unique environment! Their menu may not be expansive like a restaurant but it's a brewery...and the selection there is incredible. Many items are unique to them and I haven't seen available elsewhere. They do range on the pricier side (I don't like spending money eating out) yet the amount and quality of food is surprising worth it! Well worth it for a date night with the wife every once in awhile.
