Visited here three times now and have yet to have a pleasant experience. The employees who work the drive through are short, curt, and need some training on politeness. "Is that it?" And "what else" in a rude tone of voice is irritating. Then to handle the ice cream cones without a napkin or gloves kind of grossed me out
Will go somewhere else next time.

Waited in dining room for more than 5 minutes for help. No one checked the front. Called back to the people in back and still was not helped. When I left there was only 1 car in the drive through. Went to 5 Guys because atleast they will help me.

I worked here for several years. Things might have changed a bit since management changed recently, but under the previous GM the cleaning standards were never upheld, management didn't care at all about their employees or their customers, food quality was always sacrificed in the name of speed. I literally got in trouble for actually cleaning, and also got threatened with firing for being in the hospital overnight and thus not being able to come into work the next day. :)
Other stores have better management and staff, but this one in particular has been nothing but bad. This store treats employees and customers alike like garbage all in the name of their still subpar service.

Tried the burgers 1st time ever. Guacamole bacon and double cheeseburger burger. The meat was dry and overcooked . Guacamole was too spicy ( that should have been mentioned in the menu). I got a few for my kids and they could barely eat the burgers. The whole construction of the burger was lopsided and food kept sliding to one side. Very messy eating. Four burgers cost us $26.42. It’s cheaper and more delicious to buy a family size rotisserie at grocery store.
