Came on a Sunday during lunch and have to say the experience was great. The service was excellent and the food was good and quick. They just opened the dining room recently, so they didn't have the drink machine open or any condiments or napkins out but they workers still checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything and they were very friendly. I'll definitely visit again if I'm in the area!
Was craving a Heath Bar blizzard. Ordered it, they gave it to me with a kid so I couldn’t see what they actually gave me. Drove home to eat it, and it was Oreo. Since I wasn’t still at the location, I couldn’t tell the employees about their mistake How challenging is it to understand the difference between two completely different sounding names. I know it’s fast food service, but I didn’t think it was a lot to expect an ice cream order to be correct.
The girl at the driveway thru repeated our order over the intercom correctly, then gave us the wrong food after we had to pull around to the doors and wait a few minutes for the food. Quality control there isn't working efficiently. And we didn't want to go back through the drive-thru again so we just left. Also after waiting for our order it was barely warm. Do ill give them only 2 stars.
Long line, but moved pretty quick. Only ordered two blizzards. Tasted OK, but were not cold or frozen enough for the blizzard upside-down test
Love me the peanut buster parfait! Great service! Always good.
