Update-7 months later, this location is still the worst. They need to learn how to turn off online orders when they are too busy. 30 minutes late isn’t acceptable. Neither is making customers stand outside waiting for 30 minutes
Something changed recently at this location which is a bummer. Maybe new management or employees but they are going downhill. Last 2 pick up orders were 20 and 30 minutes past their expected times. The food is still good but if I’m driving through town, I’ll try to hit up a different location than Parker.

The staff always tried their best. Even if they are busy I can tell they really try to speed it up. I don’t get why people complain about having to wait. Isn’t it obvious why you have to wait when you see 20 others waiting for orders too. They are always so nice and have to deal with the rudest people even when they are just trying to help. I recommend this place 20/20 but don’t complain when you have to wait due to the fact of how many people go to this location. I’ve been going here for a few years and you all need to realize you are yelling at children and you need to grow up come on

This Chipotle was awesome. Service was excellent. They gave me exactly what I asked for without skipping on anything and even asked if I wanted more. Thank you!!!🤗

I really like the contactless ordering and delivery option through the Chipotle app, but this Chipotle can't follow order requests submitted. I'm very disappointed in the service quality at the restaurant. I ordered a bowl with a number of toppings, and I don't know if they are not paying enough attention/are just moving too fast, or the orders from the app that display on the receipts taped to the bags aren't being read well enough, but the orders aren't correct the last few times, and it's getting annoying!!! Please find a way to have a QA process in place to make sure orders are made correctly before handing them off to delivery drivers! What's the point of giving exact order specs that are typed out that aren't being followed?

I ordered in the app. When I picked up the order, the items were not marked. I had to drop off part of the order and then found out later when I was halfway home that we had mixed up two items. I then had to go back to switch them before going home. This caused me about a 15 - 20 minute delay in getting home to eat. It also took gas and where and tear of my car. I wish that in the future, they could mark what is in the item. The food was good and I wieat there again. I wish that the items were marked.
