Definitely not what you expect from a chili’s. We had to wait 30 minutes for our table to be cleaned. They were not busy and many tables available, just had a couple glasses and stuff needing to be cleaned up. Took the whole time to do 1 minute of cleaning. We then ordered chips and salsa and proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes for our chips and salsa. It took maybe another 45 minutes for our entrees to come out. Took a really long time in a relatively dead chili’s. Employees were in the bar and gathering in the front gossiping and not helping out customers.Wish I could say the food tasted good but was barely warm. We were pretty disappointed on the service and quality from this location. Luckily we don’t live anywhere nearby and know if we are along this route again to avoid this chili’s.
Whoever was working last night 6/28 while understaffed did an amazing job and deserve to be recognized! It’s not easy being the one to show up and have to carry the load but these ladies and gentlemen who worked last night did it all with a smile while breaking a sweat and juggling it all. Still providing a wonderful experience. We THANK YOU and hope your company recognizes this!
The specific Chili’s provided amazing experience. Most Chili’s are all the same in the restaurants chain business, I do honestly love Chili’s but this one in specific provided an amazing customer experience. Julie was an amazing server/hostess. She made sure that my drinks or water were full the whole time and checked up on me constantly! I know we’re in a time that we’re wearing masks but I could tell she was smiling. The food was good and staggered perfectly with my appetizer! My water and drink stayed full the entire time! If you’re going to take your family out to a Chili’s, make sure it’s this one!
Always great here our go to spot when we don’t want to cook. Always have great experiences here and food is exactly right and filling
Haven't been to the Chili's in Castle Rock This was nice the chicken salad I had was fantastic good to the last bite. PS must have molten chocolate cake. Also had a nice server.
