Updated: March 6 2017 after weeks of waiting I still have yet to see my refund or my free coupons. These actions directly reflect on the business lack of care from my potentially fetal death experience from eating their products. Although their food is very good my salad came with plastic inside the contents. Zach the manager at the time was great and offered me a refund or even to deliver a new salad to our house. However after choking on this piece I couldn't even think about eating a salad for a while. Customer service was excellent just need to focus on details this could have cost someone their life, thankfully this evening my child didn't want to share.
Orders are accurate, and people come off as friendly. The issue is curbside. This morning was the 3rd time that I've pulled up and checked in through the app, and then proceeded to wait until 2 or 3 others joined me for curbside as well. The last car to pull up had their food brought out at the same time as the rest of us (my wait being 20 minutes for a then cold sandwich and cold tots). When you see 20 cars go through the drive through, then the kid brings out your order along with the three others that were waiting along side you, it's bad service, and the focus in on convenience of staff at the expense of brand and franchise reputation instead of focusing on order fulfillment and quality encounters. When the closer Castle Rock location opens up, I'll be going there and driving past to the location just a bit further north.
Always great people and tasty food. They worked hard to get our food to us quickly in spite of a long line.
I went there because I had a delivery to Parker Adventist. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich at 8:30 in the morning. The freshness and quality of that sandwich made my entire day. I didn't even get out of the parking lot before it was gone ! 😂 kudos!
This place is awesome! They are drive through only right now. They have doubled up the drive through lane to get more people through the line. Courteous employees take your order. They make everything quick and efficient. That said, mistakes happen. We got regular ice tea instead of sweet tea. Even through they were busy we decided to go back. Special shout out to Tim, who recognized us from our first trip. When we told him what happened he apologized and said he would fix it. He moved us out of line and went inside. He was back quickly with new drinks. Very professional and courteous! I can't say enough good things about this place!
