Incredibly frustrating that they are the only restaurant in town that has an opened their dining room. Every other Chick-fil-A in the world I feel like has their dining room open. It takes way too long to get food here. Go to in and out next door for faster food… Update 7/5: still a longer wait than the In and Out drive through, 30 minutes from play place to food?!…needs new management. Can’t even order online anymore, see screenshot below.
I suppose the owner finds it acceptable for a 6mo pregnant customer to end up in the hospital after eating this salad. I contacted customer care three times and was told I would hear from the franchises’ management. I waited over a week and was not contacted. My husband tried calling the store directly and was told the owner was not in and he would return our call. No call was returned. My husband proceeded to go into the store a month after the incident and spoke to the owner Doug and Area Director Tiffany. They had no excuse for the lack of communication but apologized and told my husband we would be receiving compensation in the mail. It’s been a month since that conversation, nothing has been mailed. I’ve emailed Tiffany twice and have not received a reply. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate. Two months is ample time to respond and act. I’ve never experienced such poor managerialism.

Used to be great service and great food. Now it's at least a 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru. Once your in line, it's hard to find an exit point. Today the machine for frosted lemonade was also down. It makes it hard to come back again.
Service was good and food was hot!!!
