Consistently good. People are usually nice and friendly but not overly so, in a good way. There's good hustle. The sweet pork is outstanding and the green Chile pork is also very very good. The chicken is too dry and not very good. The steak is great, and I've not tried the fish. Overall, fantastic place to go and we keep returning.
If you haven't visited here before, think of Subway, but with Mexican food. My son ordered the burrito and he thought it was one of the best he'd ever had. I thought the tacos were good, but not overly filling. This is a nice place to visit for a quick bite to eat.

We have had to many issues with quality at the Cafe Rio in Castle Rock CO. A few months back we had two dishes that were not edible. When called, they apologized but did not offer a refund. Tonight, we ordered to go and one of our dishes had a piece of trash baked into the rice. I called and they refunded some of the cost for the meal. However, its happened too often and needed to be reviewed. The only reason we have given multiple chances is because we like the taste of the food. I would have given 1 star if it wasn't for that. We don't plan on eating there again.
