Arby's is always great, and this store is not an exception. Our sandwiches were hot, delicious, generous, and a good value. The buns were fresh and complimented the roast beef with perfection. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of potato cakes in a medium order, although the curly fries could have been a bit fresher. Overall professional, courteous, and quick service. You can never go wrong with an Arby's roast beef sandwich.
Great location, we placed a big order for 8 people, and they had everything prepared quickly. They also got everything right, nothing was missing, and even the custom items were all correct. A+
Went here last Sunday because my son wanted to. My order was incomplete ie an item was missing. I called the store multiple times because I didn't notice it until we got home. No one ever answered the phone so I was unable to resolve the issue and never received the item. I completed the survey they ask you to do on the receipt and made them aware of the situation. Not a single person has ever reached out to me to try and correct the problem. This makes it quite clear to me that they could care less about the accuracy of their orders or the level of service they provide.
Crinkle fries are my favorite so I was super excited to see Arby's add them to the menu. Super disappointed that they're just not that good. Tough, kind of rubbery, and bad texture. Too bad. They missed a real opportunity.
Super nice staff who really made our visit pleasant.
